These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.quantopia.net (the “Site”), operated by Quantopia (“Quantopia”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

Quantopia publishes educational articles, learning paths, calculators and quizzes about finance, investing, economics and related quantitative subjects. The Site is free to use and does not require an account.

We may add, change, archive or remove content and features at any time without notice.

2. Educational content — not professional advice

Everything on Quantopia is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

  • Not financial or investment advice. Nothing on the Site is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, cryptocurrency, financial product or other asset, and nothing on the Site takes account of your personal objectives, financial situation or needs.

Calculator results are not offers, quotes or guarantees, and should not be the sole basis for any financial decision. Please verify results independently.

4. Accuracy and currency of content

We work to make our content accurate and to keep it up to date, but we do not warrant that any article, figure, formula or calculator result is complete, current or free from error. Tax thresholds, rates, regulations and market practices change, and an article may not reflect the latest position.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantopia and its owners, editors and contributors from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Quantopia regarding the Site.
